Welcome to White Oak Valley in southeast Tennessee, home to Fisher's Friendly Fainters. We have a small herd of Tennessee Fainting "Myotonic" Goats, which began in 2009 with a little buck we named Elvis. Since that time our fascination with this rare breed has grown. Thanks to wonderful friends and members of the MGR, we have been able to add diversity to our herd. We are registered with the Myotonic Goat Registry and the state of Tennessee. Our goal is to raise high quality animals that will add to the preservation of this entertaining and lovable breed.
For helping around the barn, making pictures, and technical support, as well as being a most precious part of our lives, we thank God for our wonderful granddaughter!
Learning Caprine Care
There are many things left to learn, but one of the best purchases we made was this stanchion. It allows us to trim hooves and care for our goats much more easily.
